Coastal Kids Physiotherapy is an at-home mobile paediatric physiotherapy clinic working across the Lower Mainland.
We use play to help kids of all ages and abilities progress towards their individual goals.
Our Services

$195 - 60 minutes
This first appointment is a thorough assessment focused on your baby’s movement, motor development, and physical milestones. We’ll take time to understand your concerns, observe how your baby moves, and support early development through individualized, play-based strategies.

$195 - 60 minutes
This first appointment is a comprehensive assessment to understand your child’s movement, strength, coordination, and overall physical development. We’ll discuss your concerns, observe how your child moves and plays, and create a personalized physiotherapy plan to support their unique needs.

$180 - 60 minutes
This follow-up appointment is designed to monitor your child’s progress and adjust their physiotherapy plan as needed. We’ll review how they’re responding to treatment, address any new concerns, and build on their existing goals through tailored exercises and home program

$195 - 60 minutes
This appointment offers personalized support to help you and your baby navigate breastfeeding with confidence. We will assess the infants latch, tongue mobility and tension as well as overall development and milestones. We will offer exercises and positioning recommendations.
*We recommend ongoing follow-up with a general practitioner, midwife, or lactation consultant in collaboration with physiotherapy. This visit focuses solely on the infant; assessment of the mother is not included*
About Coastal Kids Physiotherapy
Coastal Kids is founded by Megan Baxter, an experienced paediatric physiotherapist based out of Vancouver, Canada.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia graduating top of her class, before completing her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
Megan works at a hospital in orthopaedics, specializing in working with children with Cerebral Palsy and other neuromotor diagnoses.
She also has private practice experience working with a variety of conditions including:
Torticollis and plagiocephaly (head shape)
Athletic injuries and readiness for sport
Infant and toddler motor milestones
Developmental Coordination Disorder
Genetic conditions (Down Syndrome)
Neuromuscular conditions (Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Duchenne’s Muscular Dystrophy, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease)

Megan is committed to working with patients and families to reach their individualized goals. Each child’s journey is different and a tailor-made treatment plan will be made in each case to reflect that!
We Come to YOU!
We offer at-home visits to make your child’s physiotherapy appointments more convenient. We understand the difficulty of juggling multiple children, time spent commuting, and accessibility issues. We travel across the Lower Mainland so that treatment can be offered in the comfort of your own home.
